Characters
Morgan (no last name) -- the main character of this saga. At nineteen, she is already a hardened warrior and a famed adventurer. She is quite the cynic. She left home at age twelve, only to become a famed adventurer. She has no idea who her father is. All her mother told her was that he was a knight.
Princess Anneliese -- sole heir to the throne of Arkovia. Beautiful, but has a playful and mischievous streak. She's fourteen. Her parents were murdered ten years earlier, and this has haunted her to the bitter end. She seeks out Morgan, not just to help her exact vengeance, but also seeking adventure.
Jaret -- village boy that Morgan meets on her way to the Forget-Me-Not Forest. An archer by trade, he often hunted in the forest near his home.
Kat or "Killer Kat" -- Real name is Katrina but she seldom uses it. Younger sister of the Prince of Nimbus and leader of a band of marauders that Morgan encounters. Despite her royal lineage she is a fierce and fearsome fighter.
Prince Ivan of Nimbus -- ruling prince of Arkovia's rival kingdom. Ivan sees the creation of an empire, and though he is young, he rules with an iron fist. He seldom listens to his own counselors, who urge temperance and patience with Arkovia. His sister, Kat, possesses even less patience.
Story
Morgan, known as Morgan the Magnificent, is a renowned adventurer. She has slain dragons, confronted armies, and generally fought evil wherever she found it. But she's never encountered something quite like this. Her arrival at the Arkovian castle sets off a chain of events that leads to the kingdom's crown princess, Anneliese, accompanying her on her mission.
The task before them is monumental. They must stop rival kingdom Nimbus and its twin terrors, Ivan the Terrible and his sister Killer Katrina, from taking over the kingdom of Arkovia.
